I just completed paperwork for a large storage unit. Everyone in the office was super friendly. Everything went smoothly. And the rate I am paying is significantly less than at Extra Space storage where I have been for over a year. I am very happy!

I originally rented a U-Haul from another location, but when I got there, they were closed. It was my fault for being late. I checked Google and found this location. Can I tell you, the service was top-notch!! I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was so helpful with telling me what I needed and helping me get my car on the hitch. I would have been sad and lost without her help! If you’re in the area, and need a U-Haul please, use them. They have normal business hours, and are super friendly and helpful. She also texted me after I left with a better, closer truck drop off than what the computer initially said! This is a top-tier location!!

Martin and Demeer were OUTSTANDING!!! Customer service was the absolute best I’ve seen in a long time. Martin was fairly new and I can tell he was trained right!!! He knows his job and I’m glad I choose Main Road Self Storage. Thank you guys for making this so easy.

Needed a UHAUL for a one way long distance move. Everyone was very patient in answering my questions and making the check out process very smooth. I would highly recommend using them if you need a moving truck or supplies.

Great service!! Fast and Easy - very helpful and Polite service guys!! The ease of renting the uhaul trailer was amazing, and they hooked it up and unhooked it for me! Perfect trailer for what we needed to move.. Thank you again, and look forward to renting again in the future!

Tracy helped us today to rent a van for the afternoon. The prices were great and we were able to seamlessly get what we needed. Tracy was incredibly friendly and helpful. She had a positive attitude and ensured that we had a great experience. I cannot recommend this place enough, thanks Tracy! :)

Excellent experience. Team is polite and attentive. They offer their price quotes and rent good for a whole year, minimal rate increase after that. So much better than public storage where they raised the rates 3x in one year over $30 each increase. Rent from here , definitely not there.

Embarrassing operation. Was told I can’t leave my vehicle at the facility after reserving a uhaul truck online and coming to pick it up. Then was told to park at the Walmart and Uber back to this facility. Absolutely unbelievable. They could use some serious help there.

I'm writing this review knowing this is a fairly new business to the area. I went on the last weekend of July 2023.My mission was to clear out a storage unit & pick up a Uhaul at this location. I went in from NY so i decided to fly in & Uber to the facility. Two negative things happened; my Uhaul reservation wasn't ready and I had the wrong combination code. At this time it was around 1pm and they closed at 5pm so i was running short on time. It was a very busy day for the staff from what i could see so it was hard for them to help me right away. Ultimately we all figured things out as a team and they were able to get me into another Uhaul rental for the same price. A bigger one! They then helped me cut the lock to the unit and had all the equipment available for me to load everything into the truck w no major issues. The manager even took me around the facility on his brand new golf cart which i thought was pretty cool! After i finished up i went to say bye to the team for all their help dealing w. the scenario I was in. They gave me a few water bottles for my long drive to FL and ultimately were happy to see me succeed. I would recommend this facility mainly for the great service & patience they provided me with.

Jamie and staff were very helpful and accommodating with all my storage and UHaul needs. Storage facility was clean and safe. Easy access to units. Plenty of large carts to load your boxes on.

Hands down the most professional and efficient process ever. The employees here have treated me like I have stock in the company. I’m extremely grateful for the effective communication, the support and the service I’ve gotten for the last (30) days.
