Mechanic messed up my lug nut caps making it difficult to get off and the prices are very high. The people are very nice at the desk this is disappointing.

I truly love my local Midas here in Summerville , South Carolina on Old Trolly Rd. I currently drive for Uber and my air-conditioning unfortunately was not working. So I was worried I would have to pay a lot of money. Come to find out the very helpful young lady at the front desk informed me that I only needed an air cabin filter. She saved me tons of money and I will be back soon for other repairs

They are the friendliest honest people to work on my car. They have always gone the extra mile to see that everything was done correctly. They offered a ride home if i prefer not to wait.
I would give them a 10 star if it was offered.

I had my air and my brakes fix here well after a couple of months
I called and they said nothing would be under warranty so I have to pay 2,000 the women there was very rude if they were supposed to have fix it. I had to go to a different place to get my truck fixed such a shame when you need your vehicle fix correctly and then the lady on the phone was acting like if I brought it back I have to Pay again it was insane I had gone here alot but not any more hope the owner should know some people don't have money to throw away and I'm sorry but this was not a good experience at all and cost me more out of my pocket when it could have been resolved.

dee went out of her way to help me through tough times. she made sure I was taken care of, and treated like family. draton ( I how I got it right) was so fast and great at getting my tires done. ty midas, made a new customer today. see u all soon

Dee Dee is amazing, I had a thousand questions and she really helped me understand all while being so nice. She gave me great advice and I really felt like she cared. I’ve been going to Midas for years, but this store particular was the best experience!!!

Today I had my oil changed and tires rotated. The young lady that helped me today (Toni) is an asset to the Midas corporation. Her customer service and professionalism was outstanding. If I had a business I would have stolen her from Midas today.
