Regions Bank is the best bank. If there is every any fraudulent activity to my account I'm notified immediately. I can always go to the branch to get a new debit card and don't have to wait on the mail for a replacement card. I would highly recommend this bank because they definitely take care of their customers.

Horrible customer service! Branch manager Ann doesn’t return phone calls or emails. Was working with her on a loan and after a month of no returned phone calls I went with another lender. I get being short staffed, but they really disappointed on this one

Worse bank ever I can't wait to get off and close my account IMMEDIATELY. They blocked my transfer to Navy Federal saying they needed to verify me how crazy is that just to get my information ssn dob card # addr just to hang up on me not to mention I was transferred 3 times before that even happen. Their fraud dept. is a FRAUD and I will be moving all my funds and monitoring my identity.

I am a Regions bank customer. Several times I had to have important loan papers faxed to the loan department. Without fail Clifton, showed me what great customer service looks like. Very impressed with this young man.

The absolute worst bank ever! They closed my account without notice of any kind advised me to go into a branch where I got zero answers the staff in Summerville SC branch was very RUDE NOT SYMPATHETIC AND COULDNT ANSWER not one question I had! I was told I would be getting a cashiers check for the amount of money in my said closed account but couldn’t tell me when that was or when it will be processed I do not recommend this bank I don’t advise you to go to Summerville North Main Street

Horrible. I literally had the account for a little less than a month & they closed it, mailed me a check of the money I had in my checking my & savings. I not only called them but I went by the bank & no one could tell me why. I didn’t even attempt to use the account OR the debt card until about 3 or so weeks after opening the account. I activated the card & tried to use it & it decline. So I tried to set up my online banking so I can see what’s going on but it wouldn’t let me. Told me to call the bank. When I called That’s when I found out the account was closed & they couldn’t give me info on why nor could they tell me anything about MY account & that I had to go to a branch. I still don’t know why my account was closed & my money that was in the account was mailed to me but at this point I don’t even want to bank with them. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had with a bank & im completely turnt off.
