“My husband and I needed to find storage for our upcoming move. Mike Bruce was awesome, he was so patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, showed us different units. We were very pleased with the service. I highly recommend. Extra Space Storage is definitely the way to go. I'm adding to this review, the site manager Annie was extremely helpful in helping us find a location with their company that was conducive for what we needed.

“I just rented here in Goose Creek and Miss Monica is the bomb! She has helped me several times with my codes and also getting my elevator use straight. It’s easy to hit the button near where you type the access code and think it’s the elevator call but it is not.
Monica always makes time for customers even if they arrive close to closing. I was one of those one day, too!
My only issue (that scored 8 of 10 on my survey) was with a cart. The low profile gray one has wheels which can spin and get caught in the elevator threshold - it was no reflection of staff or the place itself. It’s super clean and I have yet to see one bug there, which is very reassuring. The restrooms are very clean and accessible which is huge when you are moving and hauling stuff and don’t have to make an extra trip! Keep up the great work! Thanks Monica!”

“This Extra Space Storage on Beech Hill Rd. has been a great find! We needed a convenient location close to our new home to store larger items while we continue decluttering and getting organized, and this location has been perfect.
The facility is incredibly clean, access is super easy with the mobile app, and the staff has been extremely helpful and accommodating. It’s clear they care about making the storage experience easy and convenient. Highly recommend!”

“I had to get storage unit for a family member, and had no idea what I was doing. Sandy was attentive and responsive. You will want to ask for her when you call. I like being able to have a contact person that communicates. The buildings appear maintained and I have no concerns with the storage unit. This place knows what they are doing and will get you the unit works best for you. I am impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the business. I could go on and on! “UPDATE: They were able to find the person who parked in our space and their trailer has been moved and we are again in our reserved space. They did offer us a free month for our trouble and frustration. And it seems as though they have finally hired a duo who will split time between this location and the one on Holiday Drive. However this location still has numerous vehicles stored with expired licenses, flat tires, torn covers etc.. they need to be aware of who their customers are and what is being stored. They would benefit from full time help and the parking lines and space number are in desperate need of repainting. Hopefully they will take steps to improve the quality of this facility to try to repair customer relations and service. I have updated the stars rating from a 1 to 4 based on the efforts made to correct our concerns as well as the promise of further improvements.
We have been renting at the Ladson Road location in Summerville, SC for over two years while the company was Morningstar. Always a pleasant and professional business to deal with and never a problem. However this facility has recently changed hands and is now operating under the name of Mini Mall Storage. We stopped in to drop off our vehicle for storage and found another vehicle in our space! We went straight to the office and found no one there. We called the posted number and got an answering service that was not even located in the area. They proceeded to tell us that there was no one who worked at this location at this time and they would patch a message to a regional manager to give us a call on Monday. We were also told that they will have to try to look through records and videos to try to figure out who is occupying our space since most of the rentals are done online now and they really are not sure who their customers are at this point. It is very frustrating to pay money for a space they have allowed someone else to park in only to find it is not available when you need it and there is no way to speak with anyone for days. And when they respond to your review saying if they can do anything feel free to call the office, just know there is no way to do that since they have no one in the office any longer. If you are looking to store anything of value, I would not recommend this facility as they are totally unaware of what is going on and it is operating without personnel on premise or even locally.”

“Came with my friend because she’s always ranting on and on about these storage units…. So I came by today to see them. When I say I was just as pleased as my friend! The staff Rashaud was super sweet very professional and had no problems showing me different units. Being I wasn’t so sure if all my belongings would fit.
I’m definitely going back to discuss dates and prices!

“I would (and have) recommend(ed) this place to anyone who tells me they are looking for storage. I've had this place for about three years, and during that time I've had some major financial difficulties. The staff there is always helpful and as long as you keep in contact with them, they do their best to help you out. I've had absolutely no issues with bugs or rodents or anything being in my unit when i go to inspect or to get stuff out. The ONLY reason I am pulling my stuff out is because I am moving to another state and am taking it all with me. This place is awesome!”
