Very prompt service! My filter broke and he was able to get me in shortly after receiving the new filter. Within 24 hrs it's looking good. I've been using him for pool service for last 2 yrs and highly recommend him to friends and family.

Joel, did an awesome, price as quoted, and did not try to push a sale for anything we did not need. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Pic is from three weeks after he cleaned the swamp.i called him today to start maintenance.

We first called Joel to help us get our pool summer ready for 2021. Since then he has helped us replace one pool pump and repair another, and he just recently installed a new pool liner for us. He’s always so kind and professional when he’s here and responds quickly when we reach out to him. I would also describe him as trustworthy and reliable. Seriously, he’s been a great help to us with our pool.

Yep it’s March 30! Southern oasis just left and the boys were so excited to get in. 78 degrees outside.. southern oasis was so easy to get in contact with and came out multiple times to make sure everything was running great! Also, sent a follow up text to see how everything was! Great customer service and affordable! Thank y’all!

I reached out to Southern Oasis Pools last year after being annoyed at how much money I spent on chemicals week after week and couldn't manage to keep my pool stable. He came out and walked the pool (which isn't small, 16x40 pool + tanning ledge/kiddie pool + hot tub) gave us a deal and we haven't looked back since.He shows up on time every week, pool is stable and clean. It looks amazing, something I could never achieve on my own. Within 2 months, he had our pool stable and maintained so nicely.He also keeps me informed when there are issues (like I had a busted gasket on one of the filters and he let me know so I wouldn't waste water and chemicals) so we could get it replaced.Rockstar quality business!! Glad we found a great service. Thank you!
