The posted hours are wrong. They close at 6PM. There's no way to call the store directly to find this out, as the posted number goes to their corporate office who also said they close at 8PM. Drove an hour to find this out. There were three employees standing around the store on their phones saying they can't help because they're closed.

Wi-Fi is garbage. Goes out every 10 minutes throughout the day. Even had trouble sending this in. Probably would have more bad reviews if people had enough connection to send it in.

Do Not Do It. I don't care how low the price is or how tempting it may be. It's cheap for a reason. I was with my previous provider for 2.5 years and had one outage due to the hurricane. I have been with Spectrum since June and have had an outage at least once every month it feels like but for sure once every 7 weeks. Keep in mind I work from home so I am unable to work during my required time. Fortunately I have been with my employer for 8 years so they do not mind extended courtesy of working after hours.99.9% reliability is a hoax. Don't do it.

I was having issues with my cable for quite sometime.After making several attempts to correct the issue it remained unresolved.I called customer service and they scheduled an appointment.The Tech came out and took his time to troubleshoot for the problem.He was very thorough & was great with actively listening. I was very pleased with his expertise. Everything is working fine. Thank you so much.

I waited about 40 minutes while 4 employees waited on 5 or 6 total customers. Employees all moved like they were in slow motion. Every transaction required 2 or 3 employee to collaborate. By the time it was finally my turn I ended up leaving because I had to get to my doctor's appointment and the man who I was dealing with had to keep asking asking other employees how to do everything. All I needed to do was add 2 channels since you dropped 2 channels and increased my bill and I couldn't even get that done. They also never know the channel numbers. They only know the channel names which most customers don't know. I guess if you're getting people's money you don't care about giving them good service.

Sign says open until 8. Employees decided to close at 6. Nearest other store is Walterboro or Orangeburg. I admit I went a little Karen on them and refused to leave. Their solution was to call the cops. In the end, they all ended up staying late, so....Wanna take any bets the equipment I left there mysteriously disappears?

I went 3 days without a functioning phone due to t mobile’s customer service so I came over to spectrum. When I got here the customer service stood out instantly! Reick is the tech I got and he didn’t stop until was able to have a working phone. In the end he sat beside me and fixed the phone that t mobile could not. I 100% recommend Reick he is awesome and very technology smart !

Great service to get as long as it doesn't rain or drizzle and wind. Very horrible about giving the "bill credits". Over the last couple months its always an issue. I have the highest plan and my internet still sucks. Switched out the "faulty equipment" three times already and still sucks. The wiring even gotten replaced and yeah its still bad. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Worst service ever. I’m currently paying twice my introductory rate from when I began 4 years ago. They never rectify any complaint and I pay automatically. Don’t do business with them, they’re robbing people

Hard to Tell if they are open from looking into the store through the windows. Maybe they don't pay their light bills on time. I have come to the conclusion that after many visits you cannot get anything accomplished in any cell phone/ cable store around here period. Useless period.

Adam is absolutely AWESOME!!! I was having trouble with my equipment after a major storm so I stopped in to ask about a new DVR. After much discussion about a replacement Adam said something about a Cloud DVR! Oh my!!! That is so much easier and he has save me $$$ on my bill. So see ADAM !!!!!
