I went in to get my new S24+ put on the network and came out with a free Onyx Bluetooth speaker. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and willing to help with any situation you may have.

This might get wordy so here is my opinion. Never set up new devices online. Last Friday my daughter and I followed all directions given by online customer service for 3 hours and nothing was working. We waited until the next morning we called back and it went on for 2 more hours. When she came down the driveway and said:You’re not going to be happy, nothing we did worked. She’d called TMobile at Azelea Square and someone was waiting for me. Arrived with all notes codes and Tony and Jada went over everything. They spent 5 hours trying to make a very bad situation better. And they did it. I have a medical condition and Customer Service left me without a means to communicate with my husband. I cannot thank TONY and JADA enough for their help and patience. Thinking about changing Internet and/or Mobile service go see these professionals. I left and returned the next day to finish some things up caused by AT&T, where I had to drive to and they said your phones are locked. Back to TMobile and when I say they did it, I mean came up with a way to bypass normal situations not followed caused by previous carrier. They are my GO TO tech angels. Thanks everyone at TMobile.

The employees are knowledgeable, and after switching from Verizon, I realized I should have switched sooner. My signal is consistently awesome, including in places where Verizon barely functioned (Ashley Ridge, Ravenel...), and I have real 5G wide band--blazing fast. We're even switching to T-Mobile home internet, which has been great during the trial period (video calls, streaming movies and live sports, streaming video games, etc.). This will save us $15 versus Spectrum. The mobile plan is also cheaper than Verizon.

Just came into the store to look for possible deals on new iphones. Was met at the the door by Tony and was brought over to the counter to talk about offers they have. Tony was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything i needed to know. He ended up getting me into a new iphone at a very reasonable price with a trade in. The process was fast and painless as could be! Tony has a great attitude and great customer service and i will 100% be bringing all my business back to this store!

10/10 Customer service! Edwin was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met! The process was quick and straightforward. All of the other staff was so friendly and accommodating as well! Would highly recommend this store above others in the area!

I went to a location in Summerville today to get help for my phone. The people there did not greet me and when someone finally came over and offered to help I told him what was wrong and he rolled his eyes at me. How rude!! He, then, proceeded to fix the problem, handed the phone back to me, and told me that he didn't know how to fix it and walked off. No one else wanted to try and he didn't offer to call customer service to see if we could resolve the issue over the phone. This left a bad taste in my mouth for T-Mobile. After leaving there so disappointed I took it upon myself to call customer service and there was a very kind gentlemen who walked me through the steps and they were not easy for either him or me. This kind of thing would have been easily fixed in the store. I told him that the people in Azalea Square at Tmobile did not want to help and were very rude. He apologized for their rudeness. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TMOBILE!!

This store gets one star simply because I can't give zero.Poor customer service and horrible representatives. They work on Commission and will cheat you.My wife's phone stopped charging due to wear and tear. The Bacon's Bridge Store approved a warranty exchange and as a courtesy set the phone to Azalea Square since it's closer.The Azalea Square store wouldn't give her the shipped phone and said that it wasn't a warranty issue and we would need to pay for a new phone. When we objected they asked us to leave. They were unprofessional.

I love T Mobile. I been with them for years. I just went to the one in Summerville,SC to get a new phone. They are very quick and knowledgeable when it comes to cell phones. I highly recommend this Company.

I'm extremely pleased with my experience returning to T-Mobile. Switching plans/ providers can be extremely stressful, and I have to give a shout out to the very helpful Jada!She answered all of my questions, explained every detail thoroughly, and made sure I was purchasing exactly what I wanted at the best price available.Jada is a promising young woman, with excellent communication skills, and knowledge regarding phones, services, etc. She truly made my experience enjoyable, rather than a hassle!

Went in there to get a new phone, the ENTIRE STAFF went over and beyond to hook me up with Galaxy s23, they all were extremely helpful. Highly recommend. Extremely happy with my new phone!!
