I went in today to do a trade-in for an iPhone. The gentleman helping me when I walked in was very nice, and patient, and gave me lots of options on different deals. The manager and second women who finished my trade in were both wonderful. Amazing staff, very happy to help you unlike surrounding T-Mobils. Drive the extra miles for this location.

I live for good customer service‼️ My phone fell off my car and got ran over by multiple cars, I was unable to verify myself bc my ID was with my phone and I did not know my account info. Diana helped me out BIG TIME. She told me I could use my passport so I left and came back a little before they closed and she had such a great attitude. I KNEW she was tired, but she didn’t make me feel bad about the situation and was professional the entire time without it being fake. She was patient and pleasant and straight up honest w me about my situation. Not only am I committed to T-Mobile at this point I plan to only deal w this store. I work in customer service so I know how it feels after a long day of ‘people-ing’ and I applaud this store for how they dealt with my situation. Also it wasn’t just mines I witnessed the end of a 5 hour ordeal and another young lady was SO nice and kind to the customers it was just really nice to see. FANTASTIC job Diana to you and your team. I am so appreciative ???

We ought to give Miss Keysha a 5+star as yesterday we visited the Tmobile Sumnerville Bacons Bridge store because of a troubling PIN glitch in our OnePlus N20. She performed a bunch of tests and "voilà" our cellphone was back as brand new! Thank you Miss Keysha!! Priscilla and Giovanni.

Diana was a lifesaver! After having very hard time upgrading my son's phone with other T-Mobile locations, our experience with Diana was great! She was so kind and helpful. She was committed to making our experience smooth after encountering so many issues. We greatly appreciate her wonderful service and will always go see her if we need anything in the future!

Have been trying to return a modem.Need to get a shipping label printed out customer service advise me to go by store and have them print out the shipping label that was sent to my phone.The person said they were unable to print it.My husband was there for 1 hrs. With no result.I went in the store and showed her the shipping label that she couldn't bring up .So I told my husband let's get out of here she has no idea how not that it couldn't be done. She just didn't know how.She said It doesn't work the why customer service say.She asked me to leave her store.I said because you don't know how to print a simple label you asking me to leave.She replied " don't ever come back "Hopefully TMobile can hire people that can just say sorry let me ask how to help you.

Bought a new phone at the T-Mobile location 9385 on Bacons Bridge Rd. in Summerville, SC. Was helped by several employees who were very helpful, patient and professional. Those employees were Keyauna D. Keisha H. and Casey S. I very much appreciated those employees and the way in which they spent the time and helped each customer without the all-too-common these-days attitude of being annoyed with dealing with the public.

Keyauna helped me switch my service and upgrade my phone and did a great job. She answered all my questions and helped put on the screen protector and case so I walked out of the store up and running. Her advice on which case to use for my phone was spot on. I love it!! She was friendly and professional and I am glad to be part of T mobile

Staff here that we worked with were excellent. We switched 5 of us from Verizon to TMO and it was well worth the very long process. In Summerville our T-Mobile service is 1000 times better than Verizon.

A couple weeks ago I came in store because my phone froze up. Casey Sease helped me. I needed an upgrade to my IPad and he told me about a promotion 1/2 off so I needed that. He told me he would help me transfer everything from my old one and just call him -which I did. From the first visit, second visit and then today, Casey treated me with respect, patience ( as I am a senior citizen) very polite and answered all my questions. He never made me feel like he was rushing me and acknowledged other customers and staff. I was so impressed today that he multi tasked helping another younger customer who needed to get back to work and myself proficiently and professional. His customer service went above and beyond!!! The other employees were pleasant and helpful also. Awesome!

I came in to upgrade my phone and everyone was so very helpful! I can’t remember the name of the rep I started with, her name began with a K but she was very thorough with helping me transfer everything over in the correct way. My iCloud was maxed out, they helped me back everything up correctly. I was going to take hours, no fault of theirs, just my storage size.Shamel helped me next and made sure I felt comfortable waiting and that I could leave my trade in phone and come back as I needed.The process could have been so much more daunting because of my Apple storage issue, but they went above and beyond to help me and I will most certainly be back for future needs!I’ll also add, as I was waiting for my phone to update, they were pleasant and so very helpful to each person that came in. 10 stars to Shamel and her team!

I don't normally leave bad reviews unless its awful. Well here we are. This is the 3rd time I have been in this location because the other location near me has been shut down for remodeling for months. Every time I go in here it's a bad experience. Today was no different and after speaking with friends this seems to be a theme. The girl that was supposed to help me (Kazz i believe her name was) was extemely rude and very unprofessional. I was upset because I upgraded my phone to the 14 max pro 2 weeks prior and it completely blacked out on me and this is my business phone. Customer Care directed me to the store and she didn't even want to listen to my situation or help with a resolution she immediately told me it was a warranty issue and to go to best buy. She yelled at me saying she didnt' want to deal with me and I asked for a manager and she walked away and refused to help me. Everytime I go or my friends go to this store if you are not buying something they don't want to help you. They are quick to tell you this is a TPR location and they are not a corporate store therefore they don't deal with problems. Eventually 2 gentlemen came over and assisted me and although I don't agree with the way TMO system is set up when you order a phone online and it's defective they were patient and tried to help resolve the issue. Kazz on the other hand needs to work in a cubicle where she never talks to people, she is a bad seed, do your business a favor and get rid of this girl!
