“I really like this store— they have a great selection of interesting finds for media, books, decor, and clothes. Unfortunately, they write their prices on the covers of all of the VHSes, DVDs, and books, even some of the house decor in what looks like a heavy duty black crayon. It ruins the products they’re selling. I collect physical media but I struggled to get the handwritten price off of the covers of the movies and cds I bought. I scrubbed the ink for 10 minutes and barely got it off, plus I ruined the cover of the VHS in the process. I appreciate that Goodwill just makes every movie the same price unless it’s special, and in that case they use a price tag that can easily be removed. I am writing this in hopes that Community thrift shop will consider not handwriting the price and ruining the items anymore because I would sincerely love to continue shopping there.”
“I love coming to this goodwill because of one of the best employees ever! Brandy is always smiling no matter what and she ALWAYS treats you like family. She is the ONLY reason why I shop here very often.

“They have a lot of furniture at this location. I do see a lot of solid wood project pieces that need repair, sometimes priced too high for their condition. But there’s lots of furniture in good condition too for good prices. They sell dishes in single pieces (you don’t have to buy an entire set, which I love) for $1 or less, even fine china. They also have a lot of toys, many new in the box, as well as clothing, tools, sinks, cabinets and other home goods.”
“Much more organized since the last time I was there in March. And the shelves seemed a lot fuller as well. Either way, I always manage to find some goodies when I go.”
“One of the most organized, if not the only one, that I have been to in the last few weeks. The merchandise is clean and well taken care of. There wasn't an item in the household area broken, taped or glued together. Although I did not look through the clothing sections it was very tidy and the best selection I'd seen. The staff are very friendly, personable and courteous! If you like thrifting don't forget to stop by this Summerville location off of Hwy 17 across from Froggy's Car Wash near Sangaree!”

“Went thrifting while on vacation in the area and this is one of the nicest second hand shops I’ve been to. Well organized and everything is clean. The prices can’t be beat. You can walk out with a whole outfit for less than twenty! The staff were all very kind and helpful.”
