Been waiting on a package all day that was suppose to be here by yesterday ! There’s not one time I got something delivered by ups and it actually showed up on time. you guys really suck at your job, just shut down and let amazon take over.

I have been waiting on a package all day that requires a signature. Here it is 8:00 at night was suppose to be here between 10-12pm. Done missed a whole day worth of work and nobody can tell me when or where my package is! Between FedEx and UPS I don't know which one is worst. I'm not understanding why companies don't do like Amazon and do in house delivery

Great customer service and more affordable than the rip off UPS store in the Summerville Walmart plaza. They wanted to charge me double. I’ll be taking all my stuff straight to the Farmington Road location.

UPS is a total waste of money, paid for the worst service. On Saturday October 21st, 2023, my surveillance showed the UPS delivery driver slamming my packages to the ground on wet grass and never entered the 3-foot fence which is for decor and place my packages safely on the porch. As my pictures showed anyone could have walked by and take my merchandise, so I had to drive 20 miles leaving an event to come secure my boxes. We called and filed a complaint, and I also went to the local office, and no manager or supervisor was on duty. I left a number for a call back. Well, its Tuesday never heard anything. I would leave a zero if I could, what a sad revelation, awful customer service. Video surveillance doesn't lie.PLEASE KEEP YOUR AUTOMATED REPLYS TO YOURSELF. EVERYONE KNOWS ITS A JOKE. IF I COULD NOT GET A SUPERVISOR TO RESPOND AND I WENT TOO THE LOCATION. smh

UPS is a total disappointment. On Saturday October 21st 2023, our expected packages ? were delivered. I ALWAYS instruct for packages to be left on my front porch by the door. My packages were left on the wet grass because it had rained the night before. I called customer service and was given a case number and told it would be report to the supervisor to deal with the driver. Since the local UPS distribution center was closed, my husband visited the establishment on Monday October 23rd 2023 and asked to speak with the on duty manager or supervisor that is in charge and should the pics and video of the incident. However, he was told no one was available but that they could take his phone number and the person in charge would give him a call on the issue. Well, it is Tuesday October 24th 2023 and he has not heard from anyone. UPS does not care about how our packages are handled and do nothing about changing things. I would give a ZERO but it is not an option. PS: Stop sending AI auto responses. There is no integrity in not caring and sending automated message responses.

Package scans are inaccurate. Packed and paid for next-day air, the package never even left the facility yet tracking claimed: "on the way". The package was time-sensitive and for an event, meaning because the date was missed contents of the package were useless, resulting in loss of time,money, and effort of many people. Terrible service for such a large facility.UPDATE: After telling me to contact via social media, their representative Katherine doubled down and told me my package would be delivered by end of day while I was retrieving it from the original drop off where it never left like I told her.

I just want to give a shout out to the Customer Care Specialist, Shalonda (forgive me if I butchered the spelling). She went above and beyond to help me find a package and should be commended for her responsiveness, pleasantries, genuinely kind and caring concern, and her all-around hard work to resolve my issue! All of the ladies were working so hard and fast in this “dog daze of summer” heat and I HIGHLY recommend this facility, especially due to Shalonda! Thank you!

I would leave negative 5 if I could. So I begin with I have been fighting with ups for a long while and have tried everything ups says to do to contact them which does not work. So I am posting this review to get other people to follow with this and maybe they will change or shut down. I am tired of ups leaving my food items and my chewy orders on ground at gate and by time I get home the ants are having a feast. They said if we would give them gate code this would not happen. They lied. I even bought a large job box and put it inside of gate for package to be safe and dry. They lied. Well I've had enough DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN SUE UPS AND THE DRIVER IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND THEY HAVE TO APPEAR AND ANSWER WHY THE ARE NOT FOLLOWING YOUR DIRECTIONS.AND PAY FOR DAMAGES THEY CAUSE. THATS WHAT IM DOING. I FILED A CLAIM ON THEIR SITE OVER A WEEK AGO AND NO ANSWER SO HEY EVERYONE IF WE ALL START DOING THIS THEY WILL HAVE TO CHANGE THEIR PROBLEMS.

I'd rate it a 0 but I can't.If you like multiple damaged boxes that are labeled fragile then this is the servicefor you.If you like you package damaged in transit and returned to the sender then they can mess it up for you.Unprofessional of Debbie to say our package was at the Summerville hub and come to find out the next day (which all the info was written out on paper on the computer just sitting there) never received a call back about information then another lady working finally said wrong hub (which noone called to say) lacks the care for your stuff, communication ( if the first lady just said it wasn't the right hub in the first place when given the zip code it would of been a better way of dealing with this) and will make you run around for an answers. Don't waste your time go fed ex.When will your company actually take responsibility and use better communication?

This location is horrible. They keep returning our business packages to sender, stating that our address can't be verified, before even attempting to contact us. When there are multiple delivery shipments, we will get 1 package delivered and the rest aren't because they state they can't verify the address which makes no sense.

I hate UPS there is always some problem. I have stopped shopping online because all of these companies are garbage. They sent me an email at 8 am telling me to come pick up my package. The local store opens at 9, I arrived right as the store opens and they tell me "It looks like it been put on a truck you can expect it between 5 and 7 pm", WHY WASTE MY TIME TELLING ME TO COME PICK IT UP IF YOU ARE GOING TO PUT IT ON A TRUCK BEFORE ITS POSSIBLE TO PICK IT UP! I live 2 miles from the place, but it takes 8 to 10 hours to deliver my packages. I genuinely hope UPS goes out of business, you do not serve your communities you are a poison.

If I could give zero starts I would! I had a package shipped from Amazon with UPS. The package was marked as delivered but was not delivered. Amazon sent a replacement and it was also marked as delivered but wasn't. Amazon sent a two day delivery for an additional replacement package. I started a claim obviously. Took them 5days to "attempt" a delivery for a package they claimed to have delivered. This "attempt" was not true and false documentation. I have security cameras to prove it! No UPS personnel in sight around the time they claimed to make an attempt. Remind you the package did not require a signature. I called Customer Service they wanted to charge me $7.99 so I could just pick up the package myself. Apparently they want me to pay for the initial shipping, and pay to fix their own mistakes. I will absolutely never use UPS again! It has been 14 days since I purchased this item, and not a single one of these packages have arrived. This is beyond pathetic!

Continuously getting "attempted delivery" notifications but I watch them drive by, not even stopping. We are supposed to get a slip with alternate delivery options with a code on it to input on the website, but because they don't even stop we don't get one. This happens during non-peak delivery days as well. It's absolutely absurd. Photo of the front office door where the notice stickies are usually put, and there being no notice.
