Generally good service. Today a robot would have provided better service. I dropped of a package, he took it and gave a receipt. Nothing said. The customer ahead of me had the same experience.UPS, save money on payroll and makeIt all automated.

Not sure what happens to patrons when they enter the store. They never take a stand in poor service. Instead, holding the balls of the people that work here. Either people have become cowardice or the men have become simps, because when they meet a normal, average, confident guy like yours truly who is an informed educated consumer, UPS employees can't seem to step out of their ChatGPT persona or think for themselves to try and troubleshoot to help. Henceforth, I'll be ordering everything I need online and have packages picked up from my home.

I was going to the Summerville UPS store to get a package from Amazon returned. My wife said how much she hates going into this particular store because of the service she has had in the past. When I went in to return the package the kiosk was not working, but James helped me return the package with no issues. Great service.

Stood in line for 20 minutes and was skipped twice , they pretended they didn’t see us until we began to talk amongst ourselves about what was taking place . Just go to a different store if your black , save your whole day . Because you won’t get no help here , not before the “higher class”does

Do not visit this store. Service is mediocre. Stood in line forever just for them to tell me I needed an appointment. Then a nice black lady came outside and told me should would take me after the next customer. Thank you ma’am. What gets me is they charge $10 in total for a notary. $5 for the signature and $5 for a clerical fee! What in the world? My parents visited this store not long ago and they walked in without needing an appointment and was only charged $5 for the signature. As a government employee some businesses sicken me with getting over on their customers. I will not be returning!
