“Exemplary service, makes sure you are updated on complications, and finishes when promised. All of this and competitive prices. After getting work done at Toyota and being overcharged with shoddy results this was a refreshing experience. I will be recommending any auto modifications or repairs to Darnell.”

“Adrian was absolutely amazing. She was very informative, very knowledgeable and AMAZING at communicating. She truly made this process such a breeze!! She truly is amazing at her job! The body work was incredible as well, it looks like it never even happened! It was also a quick process!! I was expecting about a month without my car, but it was much less than that! “Best auto parts store I've ever dealt with. You can feel the family vibes off everyone who works there and they are extremely knowledgeable. I just learned off this store here in Sumter a week or two ago after living in town almost a decade now. Purchase new AC compressor and they made sure to order all the additional parts I was going to need and took care everything for me without any wait or confusion. Terrific, friendly, knowledgeable and I believe the owner Dale was there both times I was there for any extra assistance needed. Highly recommend this place for auto parts in the area of all the big chain places. I know I won't be going anywhere else.”

“We brought in our 2006 Volvo S60 because it was making a metal on metal noise. We had previously taken it to Brown Motor Works in Columbia and they couldn't figure it out. They just said it was getting older and just makes noise. Newman's figured out what the noise was and fixed it. We also had them put on new Shocks, Struts and new headlight assemblies. Our car runs like its on rails again. Very professional and friendly. Didn't try to up sell me anything like most mechanics will do. When you've traveled in the military, it's hard to find a trustworthy local mechanic...problem solved. I will definitely be back!”

“I wanted to purchase a part from here and in the beginning there were some issues and a lot of miscommunication behind the scenes I didn’t that I was very unhappy about to start with. However, because of how they handled the situation it isn’t necessary to go into all the details. They very readily admitted the issue had been on their end, and were very proactive in making it right and what mattered more to me was how they worked to make sure I was happy more than the mistake being made. Customer Service very good and the part fit perfectly on my car and looked great with the paint match.”
