“I will update this as I go along. But so far, I have a very positive experience with Gerber In Sumter, South Carolina. Ashley is keeping me well apprised of everything going on with my vehicle, and was even able to get my rental car extended. I met the gentleman working on my truck, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me that was going on. This accident is due to a careless driver. That was texting and driving and hit me at approximately 50 miles an hour in the rear. The black car in the pictures is the one that hit me. She obviously sustained much more damage than my truck did. Chevy trucks built like a rock!!

On June 15th of 2026 I finally picked up my truck after almost a 100 days in the shop. When I went to pick my truck up, they had it outside. It looked just like it did the very first day when I purchased it. Ashley walked around with me looking at the truck. Everything looked great with it.
