“So, I didn't expect this so close to Christmas, but a weird sound sent me to Myson Tires. I'm glad I came in, because the brakes were worn and one tire had wires showing!
But it was the way they talked to me, explained the work and the costs, and generally respected me that made the unexpected costs hurt...well, just a little less. I've been bringing my vehicles to Myson for a couple decades, and these are just a couple of things that keep me coming back.

I left the review above about 10 months ago. But, I had to do another. In a time when good customer service is hard to find, the people at Myson Tires stand heads above the rest. A vibration while braking reminded me to have the tires rotated and balanced. They got me in right away, but AARON found the bigger issue - rear tires were separating! JULIE was as sweet as ever as she worked on finding the right tires for me. It's amazing that I can feel so safe driving my vehicles after I leave Myson. Thanks, Guys!!”

“I had taken my car to a different shop initially just to get my tires rotated. After the fact, my car began making a grinding screeching kind of noise. I took it back and they said I needed a wheel bearing replacement, all the did was rotate my tires so it wasn't their fault.
I was calling around for estimates when I found this location. The gentleman I spoke with agreed with me that it was a little odd my car had been fine before but then after the rotation was all of a sudden needing a $300 part. He suggested I get a second opinion and offered to look at it same day.
My car was fine. No wheel bearing needed. When the previous store was doing my rotation they bent a part that was grinding against metal, causing the screeching sound. The gentleman fixed me up in less than 30 minutes and I was on my way! I will definitely be coming back here for all my future car needs.”

Tim was nice enough to hold them for me after the car went to no where land. I have always used them ever since because when I find great dependable service and people, I stay with them. “Mobile Audio was recommended to me and I was instantly impressed with my communication with Raymond! He did everything as promised prior to my installation and kept my husband informed through the process! Although I was unable to meet him in person, I am very pleased with the installation of my bumper on my Jeep and very appreciative that they went beyond the norm to connect my fog lights for me that required extra work. My price was more than reasonable and Raymond worked me in the next day! Thank you Raymond and your team for excellent customer service and work. I will return and I highly recommend! “LIFESAVERS! I received a cabinet from Target and the glass in the door was completely shattered. Target was less than helpful and the manufacturer stated that because they were in San Diego that the likeliness of it arriving whole was less than 0. So I called Glassco and they were super helpful and kind. I dropped it off and was told that it would be about 2 weeks (because of the holiday which I completely understood) and then they called me 48hrs after I dropped it off and told me it was ready! It's perfect except the label for the replacement glass has a label that's upside down in the pane but I'm not going to fuss with it. I'm just glad to have my cabinet completed!”

“So I just want to say that my experience with better collision on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee was nothing short of amazing! The staff was very welcoming from the receptionist to the other staff just walking by to speak! The communication was top tier! They were always giving me updates about my vehicle and what stage they were in. The estimated day of finishing was absolutely spot on!! 12/8/25-12/19/25..I got my baby back just in time for the holidays! They even gave me a beautiful detail and vacuum! I recommend Better Collision for all of your vehicles repair needs! 10/10 definitely recommend!! Again thank you for everything…I will choose this establishment as my go to collision shop from here on out.

“My elderly and disabled father went into the shop today to see about getting a certain size and shape piece of foam to put under his knee at dialysis. It’s an odd request and not what Shadoans normally does. However, within 5 minutes they had a piece cut and shaped, and ready to go. When we asked what was owed he shook my dad’s hand and asked us to have a good day. I can’t say enough about the customer service and the desire to help those in need. “They did an awesome job working my car in on Thursday. They kept me informed. Thank You. But they dropped the ball yesterday (Friday). I called several times with no answer. When I did get an answer, they were busy and was supposed to call me back. No one ever called. I was 1 hour 40 minutes away. I wanted to know when they started and around the completion time so that I could be there when it was completed so that I could get on the road and head back to my orginal destination asap(3 more hours). I did receive a text when it was completed. They need to work more on their communication skills.”

“My tech Kyle was on time and did a great job. He helped me as much as he could. My truck has a factory lift so he was unable to re-calibrate my 360 cam. After doing the leg work and contacting Ford myself to figure out the best course of action to get the job completed I let manager know what I was told which is that Ford doesn’t work win insurance claims so Safelite would have to bring the truck to them to have it re-calibrated and keep it on the original claim. The manager”

“Absolutely reccomend Bailey's! Honest and trustworthy. We brought our car in with expectation of a blown head gasket and very costly repair. Got the call saying it wasn't that bad. Car was repaired and back on the road in two days. He showed me the broken part and explained how it would appear like a blown gasket. I will take all my cars to Bailey's for pre-maintenance and repairs and recommend you do the same.”
