The coffee maker had mold in it! Absolutely disgusting! But I loved the fact that all the soap was dove. The fridge was dirty, along with the freezer with rust.

My room at first was unacceptable but operations manager Roger Patel called me personally and said he would rectify the issue. I had already checked out and my company didn’t want me to change reservations so he took off my charge for the whole week I was there. They make sure to make the guest comfortable.
