“Amazing selection of products, largest we have ever seen in an Ace. The staff is extremely helpful and responsive. And kudos to whoever trains the staff because have never once had an issue with the employees inappropriately interacting with my service dog. They have always been respectful of the job my service dog does.
Prices may be more than you might find other places, frankly, though, it is worth it because you know you will have access to someone who can answer your questions, help you find the right things, and encourage you that you can do it!”
“I visited the Hardware store the other day. All I can say is if they don't have what you are looking for it isn't made anymore. I took in one of my old screens. I had them make me 8 new screens for my windows from scratch. They turned out awesome. So check them out before you head over to Lowe's you won't be disappointed.”
“Very clean and organised store. The associates are knowledgeable and willing to help even when the store is busy. They actually know the differences betwixt a screwdriver and a sasquatch. I can't say the same for many at big box stores whereas associates are specifically trained in the ancient art of saying "I don't know".”
“Always good quick service. Sometimes you have to go through alot of cull wood to get to the good stuff. 16 foot decking board was 5 dollars a board higher than Lowe’s and could hardly find a good clear board.”

However, my mother needed to get a few items from there earlier this week, and I must say, the customer service she received was amazing. Fatima was very helpful and accompanied my mother through various parts of the store to find what she needed and to place orders. She has a very pleasant demeanor and made the whole shopping experience pleasurable. We wanted to make sure she was highlighted for the phenomenal work she is doing.”
