“I have not shopped for furniture in about 10 years. On a whim, I google furniture stores near me an Ashley appeared. I figure swinging in there was my excuse for getting sushi on the way home. In stealth mode (at least I thought I was), I walked in looking at furniture. I turn the corner and there was Lisa Walther with a warm, welcoming smile and enthusiastic greeting. She attended to me through my entire visit including my final decision and my validation calls. Lisa was attentive, compassionate and patient with me the entire time. Even the store manager chimed in with great discussion. The overall ambience was so relaxing and down to earth. I have referred this store several times over the past 2 weeks to family and friends looking for superb service. I appreciate you Lisa for embracing my needs and nurturing my inquisitions. Thank you.
