Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Sumter, SC Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. This is a great Lowe's location that is in great shape. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful, with some being very attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Customers rely heavily on this store and are grateful it is in Sumter. However, there is room to improve in service aspects. Some employees can act like customers are an inconvenience. Most are friendly but overworked, with not enough staff for the workload, which can be frustrating. While many are helpful, experiences can vary. The store needs more consistently excellent employees.
Had a great experience with my pick up. Barcode wasn’t scanning, so an employee by the name of Joseph had great customer service. Very friendly and loved his energy. Will always leave a good review for workers who go above and beyond to brighten up your day. Thanks, Joseph.
