“My husband and I stopped in yesterday and were immediately greeted by a young man named Simeon. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I was having issues with my Google Pixel picking up the T-Mobile signal. Simeon tried the the least expensive way (free) to fix my phone. He also took us over to look at upgrades in the event that what he tried did not work in the long run. He explained the differences in the phones, both costs and features. So far my phone is working great but if I need to upgrade, I will definitely be shopping with Simeon. Thanks for a great experience”

“Everyone was very helpful when I came in for repairs on my switch lite. They kept me informed during the whole process and the price was fair. I'd like to give a shout out to trey, who does their console repairs, for completing the work so quickly and talking me through what needed fixed. I recieved a 30 day warranty on my fixed product and they checked in after pickup to make sure everything was fixed and stayed fixed. Will reccomend to others ?”
