Just spoke with Joshua at the Sumter location, and he's truly the best. He sold us our phones and made it easy for me to find out if I have insurance on my phone, guiding me through each step. The associate was working by himself. He was very kind, patient and friendly. He made sure everyone received the services they needed. I cannot remember his name, but he was excellent. The wait time was extremely long, but his service made the wait irrelevant. He's the best!
