“Jamie was amazing! He just clocked in for his shift asked for the next customer in line and was able to get me to switch over. I was very displeased with the prior service provider's service and Jamie was able to get me back to better spirits and took his time with me as it was a long process. He is very patient and extremely kind & had quite the wealth of knowledge! Overall 10/10 for his customer service! If I could request Jamie any time I go to that location I would simply ask for him by name. Thank you so much for turning my day around!”

We had a few complications with the fraud department, but I’m telling you they will handle you and make sure you are walking here a satisfied customer. “What a great experience I had today with our local T-Mobile store. Tee G. helped us today with my Apple 13 phone. I could no longer use multiple functions on my phone and I didn’t want to get a new phone. She explained to me what was going on with my old phone and we determined it was time for a new phone. She explained everything with ease. She was knowledgeable and courteous the entire time. Explained options on getting everything transferred. She made sure everything was transferred over from my old phone. She even deleted everything off my old phone which gave us peace of mind when giving the phone to them. The manager was helpful as well. All around it was a great experience and highly recommended this location for your cell phone needs. Thank you so much Tee !!!”

“They did an amazing job! I placed an SD card in my Samsung Z Fold sim slot and couldn't get it out. I went to a shop in Florence and was told that they couldn't do it. I just happened to be in Sumter a few days later and stopped in. The specialist looked at the phone, did some quick research and confirmed that they could get it out. The service was very reasonably priced and because they had several orders they had it ready for pickup the next day.
When I needed them, they delivered on their promise. I will be back for any other repair needs.”
