SSRC serves the local community by offering space for rent, free to the public events, information, brochures, an after school, and summer programs. The community has a place to get involved in every aspect of what goes on in the community.

South Sumter Resource Center serves the greater South Sumter communities offering an After school program, public spaces for meetings, community gatherings, and such. It boasts a seasonal Farmers Market where fresh produce locally grown can be purchased!
