My brother and I opened a joint account with Truist. Cindy was the relationship banker that attended to us. SHE WAS AMAZING! We appreciate her being able to take care of us in a professional and timely manner, especially since we did not have a lot of time and had many errands to run that day. Thank you Cindy!

I found this branch to be friendly and professional. Although I found Truist the only one of my 5 other banks that charge an external fee to do a bank to external bank transfer, their many branch locations helps me as I travel the east coast. Jordan Day at this branch is very helpful
