HTC was unable to help me so I called and spoke to Brett and he said to come right over. From the moment I walked in I was reassured that something could be done. Brett searched for my screen and did have one on hand so it did not have to be ordered. He also offered me a loaner phone in the interim so he could try to get the sim card out of the crushed phone and retrieve my data. He was able to get me running in about 2 hours. My replacement phone was delivered, and I brought the new phone to him today and he transferred everything over without a glitch.
