“I am a regular customer of Southern Splendor. Lynne and her team do an excellent job of decorating the shop and they are always changing up their arrangements. It’s an absolutely amazing place to go! And it always smells so good with all the fragrant items they sell.
Recently I had an event and needed someone to help me decorate. Lynn stepped right up with suggestions. She and her husband brought everything to the site and set up for me. It was perfect and no one could believe the flowers were not real. Thank you Lynne. And I will say, when I go in her shop “I always find my Splendor!””

“The in-store experience was right on, Peg was a tremendous help and demonstrated great patience with us as previous SN owners.
We had a rather difficult experience with the SN customer service team but the store personnel, Peg and Starr came to our rescue. Starr was able to contact thereafter folks on our behalf and facilitated a proper price match. The unfortunate part is the customer service team could have, given proper training, handled the issue and would have saved face for the team as well as saved many hours of holding on the phone. Again this was not the store team.”

“We’ve always known about this place. If we had bought when we started camping we would have saved money from the cheap stuff. Wonderful service. And we got our umbrella with a carrying case. I walked in as they were measuring and drawing out the pattern for a new umbrella. We bought this umbrella but not chairs. Beautiful Rich color! Should have taken pictures for an Instagram post. But we weren’t the only people buying today. This will go into our will for the children to fight over!”
“I’ve been driving past The Lamp Niche for years and I’m kicking myself for not stopping in sooner. I brought in a prized lamp to be repaired—not only was the turnaround super fast, but it was affordable too! The owner and the associate I worked with were incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely fun to talk to. We joked and laughed like we’d known each other forever. They made me feel like family from the moment I walked in.

Emil, the salesperson who helped me, was amazing—super friendly and really listened to what I was looking for, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I was also really surprised when the bed showed up earlier than I expected. The delivery team was great too—they were careful with everything and helped set it up exactly where I wanted it. All the custom details I asked for came out perfectly, and the colors together look absolutely gorgeous in my space. It’s exactly what I pictured, and it really pulled my whole bedroom together.
