“this isn't auto sales related, but auto related ? I grew up with TJ. I called him about my boyfriends avalanche misfiring and skipping real bad. He answered on the second ring, came and picked the truck up from my house, diagnosed it, fixed it and we got it back before the sun down the same day! We were charged very reasonable.
