“I shopped at Robinson Jewelers years ago until I moved away. We moved from Florida to Simpsonville recently so when I had a problem with my diamond ring I immediately thought of Robinson. I took the ring, along with my wedding band in today to be repaired and cleaned. The owner repaired it and cleaned the rings while I waited. It only took a few minutes! He could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I will definitely return!”

“18 years ago my now husband bought my Roberto Coin cento engagement ring and eventually wedding ring from Geiss. We have since moved across the country and my beautiful engagement ring was broken and the main diamond stone was lost. We contacted Oksana at Geiss to see if a repair was possible given the uniqueness of the stone and how far we now live from Greenville. Oksana was amazing. She worked with Roberto Coin to get my ring completely repaired with a virtually identical stone and got our insurance adjuster to understand that a cento diamond is not one that can be replaced by anyone other than Roberto Coin. I really cannot express how thankful I am to Oksana & Geiss. There is a reason they have been in business for so long!”

“Huge shoutout to the team at Whatever III! I stopped by one day just to grab some H2Ocean for an infected nose piercing that I'd gotten done at a different business. While I was there, I asked the staff if they had any tips for speeding up the healing on the irritation bump on my piercing, and they were beyond helpful. First, they informed me that hoops are much more likely to get infected in new piercings and suggested some alternate jewelry types that would help the piercing heal and stay clean. I decided to purchase the recommended jewelry, and they even swapped my hoop out for me while I was there. I was expecting the irritation bump to take at least a month to go away, but less than two weeks later, it is almost completely healed. Had a great experience here thanks to the knowledgeable and helpful staff!Service: Nose piercing”
