“Staff was helpful, professional, and very willing to give the very best service available. My gown was hand washed and beautifully treated. I’ve found a new dry cleaner!”
“My first time going to the Dry Cleaners and it was a very smooth and easy service. I dropped off my suit coats and they stayed in contact with me for when they are finished.”
“My first experience with Greenville Laundry Plus was quite positive. There were plenty of available washers and dryers and the staff was so sweet and helpful. Not having experience with Laundry Plus operations, a kind employee was very patient to show me how to use the app on my phone and gave tips on how to use the machines. They award points for the price paid for the washers that you can use on the dryers making drying basically free. The only reason to take away one star is that it was very hot and I was perspiring profusely while inside. Another place that I used once had large ceiling fans throughout the building and that was a huge help to keep cool. That would be my only suggestion to improve.”
“Very fair prices (for this day and age) and great quality of work. The time it took to complete the cleaning was reasonable and overall, very satisfied with my experience.”
“Great experience! It was easy to get in and out of the location, the people were kind and helpful, I was given a little welcome package as a new customer, there were text updates, and the turnaround was fast. My suit was very well handled and my wife’s dress came back hung on a little cardboard mannequin type thing to keep it in its shape. Definitely a quality service.”
“I must admit that I didn't expect much when I headed to the laundromat. I am visiting my mom and had some large items requiring a larger capacity machine. Upstate Laundromat is not far from her place. It had good reviews, but wow, was I blown away! I got out and before I got my trunk open, a gentleman came up with a cart to assist me. The place was clean, had 2 tv's, a concession area, a place to purchace washing supplies, and a play area for kids! There were plenty of seats; tables for folding, and washers & dryers of many sizes. The machines: washers, dryers, and concession, take coins as well as cards. If you need change, there is a machine for that too! I have to say, this is the nicest laundromat I have ever visited!!”
“A wonderful local laundry that folds everything with love. Run by two lovely ladies & two cute chihuahuas they are a full service laundry that aim to please and will wash and fold normally within the day. Next to a classic soda shop in the beautiful North Main area they do all types of jobs for all types of people including country music stars who come and play in the Civic Center NCAA basketball teams little old ladies Hospital systems and family quilts and comforters. Decorated for the seasons & hand printed bills and lollipops for the customers.”
“AMAZINGGGG SERVICE, I wish i could give more than 5 stars. The treatment here is immaculate. I have been dealing with this location since Laurens rd and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Latitia is amazing and so is Missy. Lily did good with all needed and the team is great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE”
“From the first call to schedule, then reschedule and reschedule again due to COVID Smooth Move was wonderful to work with. The movers were courteous and careful and everything worked out perfect ! I would highly recommend. Always shop local !”
“I don't use laundry places much these days, but i know what they can be like. This place was spotless and all the machines seem to have been working, they have a drop of place also which is a great service, the guy that worked there was working hard all the time o was there and he helped me out when I made a mistake with the machines, I would definitely recommend this laundry store.
As a reminder, put your clothes in and close the door before you put you money in.”
“I brought dress shirts to be cleaned. They did a superb job of cleaning and pressing. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about clothing care.
I don't dress up as much as I used to, but I'll be bringing clothes for laundry and dry cleaning when I do!”
“Super clean, friendly attendant and very convenient.
I was looking for a laundry mat near me and stumped upon this location. I thought I'd give it a try. The washing machines smelled super clean and the dryers were superb! Not a bad price to wash and dry!
I highly recommend this location if you don't want to leave the area for a good wash and dry! Muy excelente!”
“Very reliable and does a great job of cleaning our clothes and getting them done on time as promised. We have been going here essentially since they opened some years ago.”
“Great job I just recently had my first experience with this Cleaners and they did a really nice job on my shirts. Price is good too. I would definitely I’m gonna definitely use them in the future for all my dry cleaning needs the girl working. The counter was very very nice to me and she’s a World Cup fan, which is a bonus. Go Mexico! Voice to text if there any mistakes.”
“Washing machine broke during wash cycle so I had to take wet laundry to the laundromat. I was very pleasantly impressed with this laundromat. It was clean, very neat and tidy. The price of the machine seemed reasonable. The people inside were pleasant. I'm not sure what else I could ask for. The wash cycle took 21 minutes so I was in and out. If my washer doesn't get fixed by next wash day, I will be back.”

“I had an amazing experience here! The lady at the front was so kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in the service they provide.
I brought in a white suit that had been completely messed up by another cleaners, and I honestly didn’t think it could be saved. But they did an incredible job restoring it—it looks clean, fresh, and almost brand new again! The quality of their work truly exceeded my expectations.
If you’re looking for great customer service and high-quality results, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll be coming back for sure!”
“If anyone reads these reviews I would like to speak to someone about the laundromat and the property. Please respond to this message with a name and contact number”

“What you expect for a laundry mat. The lady at counter was very helpful . Plan on using the service where they do your laundry by the pound I believe. Will post a review when I do!”
