“I love bringing my 2 dachshunds for grooming at the downtown Greenville location. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The store is clean, neat, and organized so you can find what you’re looking for quickly. My dogs always leave with a fancy collar attachment or bow toe and their coats shining. They enjoy going to Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming and that makes me happy. I highly recommend them! 🥰”

Georgia takes time to greet her, making Marlee feel happy to leave my side for a while. They are prompt, clean, amazing groomers, and even have baked treats for her afterwards!! I drive out of my way to get her in passing many other choices along the way. The best!!”
“This Lidl location on Wade Hampton is a good place to shop, especially if you want a grocery store that does not feel cramped. The store is spacious and easy to move through, which I appreciate. It does not have that packed-in feeling you sometimes get at Walmart or Ingles.
The selection is a little different from a traditional grocery store. There are not as many brand choices, so if you are looking for one specific national brand, you may not always find it. But for everyday shopping, the store is well laid out, pleasant, and generally a good experience.
Overall, a solid grocery option with good prices, a spacious layout, and a much less stressful feel than some larger grocery stores.”

“We brought our baby to the Greenville Humane Society for his neuter surgery and have also attended their vaccine clinic. The neuter clinic team was absolutely amazing. We dropped him off early in the morning and picked him up that evening, and his recovery has been incredible.
As a nervous puppy mom, I was so worried when I left him there for surgery. But the staff was so caring, compassionate, and reassuring, and the facility was incredibly clean and well organized. It truly put my heart at ease.
I am beyond grateful that he was taken such good care of. We will absolutely be returning for future vet visits. Thank you so much to the entire Greenville Humane Society team!”

Not every TSC has great service, guess it depends on Mgmt and staff there, Cleanliness is also specific to each store. Prices a bit high on some items I purchase for less elsewhere. But good for some items I need regularly.
Went today for the traveling PetVet and received a friendly welcome from TSC Staff, as well as the PetVet agreed to vaccinate my pup eventhough we arrived just as they finished with their last client.
So Grateful they kindly stayed for us!

“This store has a good variety of fish and the tanks are clean and well cared for. The prices are reasonable and they have several options for tanks and supplies. If you need information about fish or setting up a tank then ask for Garrett. He was so polite and extremely knowledgeable with the fish varieties. They also carry other pet supplies and from just browsing around the store they have a large variety of foods and supplies at reasonable prices. Definitely will return here for my pet supplies.”

“Easy online to store price was great for the large dog crates, Refrigerated pet foods are usually at competitive prices . Bird food has a nice selection of seeds and pelletier food.I hope you bring back Roudybush to your stock soon. The online to car pickup is really nice.”
“I had a great experience at PetSmart! I came in to ask about getting a refund for a Furminator package that I had purchased but hadn’t used yet, and the entire process was so easy thanks to the staff. All of the ladies I spoke with were extremely kind, helpful, and patient. They directed me to the right people and made sure I was able to speak with management so everything could be taken care of properly.
I really appreciate how welcoming and helpful everyone was. It’s always nice to have employees who are willing to go out of their way to help instead of making you feel like you’re a bother. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful, and I’m very grateful for the great customer service! I will definitely continue shopping at PetSmart because of experiences like this. ❤🐾”
