Georgia takes time to greet her, making Marlee feel happy to leave my side for a while. They are prompt, clean, amazing groomers, and even have baked treats for her afterwards!! I drive out of my way to get her in passing many other choices along the way. The best!!”
“I used the DIY dog wash today and was very impressed. I've used dog wash stations at some local pet food stores. This was a much better experience! Staff was friendly and helpful. Equipment was clean and in excellent working order. Highly recommend this location for DIY dog wash. I will return and plan to use some of the grooming services as well!”

“Took a feral cat to a spay-neuter event this past weekend. GHS is amazing, providing a much needed service to the community. People were lined up early with the cats and GHS processed them all - I was amazed!”
“Great staff members, but too few of them. There are many cashier lines but only one seems to be manned at any given time. They could use an additional person. But the prices are good especially if you make use of the coupons in the app, and I've never had any issue with their private brand items. They all seem to hold up to name brand so far.”
“This store has a good variety of fish and the tanks are clean and well cared for. The prices are reasonable and they have several options for tanks and supplies. If you need information about fish or setting up a tank then ask for Garrett. He was so polite and extremely knowledgeable with the fish varieties. They also carry other pet supplies and from just browsing around the store they have a large variety of foods and supplies at reasonable prices. Definitely will return here for my pet supplies.”

In talking to Chris, the owner, I was greatly impressed by his drive and dedication to provide great services and products to the pet parents in Greenville. “Easy online to store price was great for the large dog crates, Refrigerated pet foods are usually at competitive prices . Bird food has a nice selection of seeds and pelletier food.I hope you bring back Roudybush to your stock soon. The online to car pickup is really nice.”

“I had a great experience at PetSmart! I came in to ask about getting a refund for a Furminator package that I had purchased but hadn’t used yet, and the entire process was so easy thanks to the staff. All of the ladies I spoke with were extremely kind, helpful, and patient. They directed me to the right people and made sure I was able to speak with management so everything could be taken care of properly.
I really appreciate how welcoming and helpful everyone was. It’s always nice to have employees who are willing to go out of their way to help instead of making you feel like you’re a bother. “I love bringing my 2 dachshunds for grooming at the downtown Greenville location. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The store is clean, neat, and organized so you can find what you’re looking for quickly. My dogs always leave with a fancy collar attachment or bow toe and their coats shining. They enjoy going to Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming and that makes me happy. I highly recommend them! 🥰”
