He is friendly and cares about customers and cares about doing work the right way. Yes, you will read about how long it may take for your repair but when you’re busy because you treat customers right that becomes a plus! When my in-law parents became elderly he would drop of the auto when he was done. They lived real close by but that’s who Charlie is. He cares about you.”
“AMMCO Transmission told me my F150 needed all the transmission's cooling system lines replaced because of a leak, which would cost $2,173. I didn't feel that was the case, so I had the truck towed to MasterTech. They replaced a single hose, and it only cost $783. I have had previous work done at MasterTech and have always been treated professionally and cost-effectively.”

“Where do I start? This Mavis location is hands down the best tire shop I have been to in a long time. Laura and Will were very professional and pleasant to deal with. When they were discussing my vehicle with me and the safety concerns associated with it they brought me OUT TO THE SHOP to show me what the exact issue was. How cool is that? Kevin and Carlos were the ones in the shop area today, and from what I saw and overheard they were very knowledgeable about what they were working on. This is 100% a 10/10 tire shop that I will recommend to anyone who has had bad experiences with other Automotive shops that seem to be selling you on unnecessary work. Everyone here was honest, communicative, helpful, and overall this is a good environment. Thank you to all of you for an absolutely wonderful customer service experience!
(EDIT): Came here today to have them test my TPMS Sensors due to my light being on. They were very honest about the results and very helpfully filled my tires to the proper psi. As always, thank you Mavis of Taylors!!!”
