The employees kept the line moving and treated customers with fairness even ones with confusing actions (like forming a new line where they shouldn’t). “Best USPS closest to our house. Tried 2 others and Orchard Park USPS Staff are hands down the friendliest, most informative, able to multitask and are very pleasant to work with. I’ve shipped 100+ packages with them in the past 4 months and none 0 have been lost. Also shipping from this location gets packages out of the Greenville hub at least 1 day faster than Wade Hampton and Taylors location. Very nice crew and work together to get their lines of customers in/out.”

“I was sending a birthday present to my cousin in New York and it got delivered to the wrong town. Someone actually signed for it. I called my cousin and she said they didn't get it. So I didn't do much about it. I just went down to the store and told them. And in a couple of days it came back to me! It was over 1,000 miles away! “Trust me, I understand the negative reviews - we've had our issues, too. However, for this particular mail issue of trying to find a missing document that we mailed in January, Angie H was incredibly helpful & patient. Though we couldn't locate our missing mail, Angie took the time to answer my questions and provided useful information. She informed our mail carrier of our issue and offered to call me back if it turns up. I hope Taylors Post Office brings on more kind people like Angie.”
