The employees kept the line moving and treated customers with fairness even ones with confusing actions (like forming a new line where they shouldn’t). Kiva made my transaction seamless and effective. Her friendliness was refreshing as well. Great experience!”

“I have had my PO Box at this location for years and have had no problem in picking up my mail. If I need to get stamps, pick up a package, or have something mailed, I am always treated well here by the staff.”
“Jeremy was great! Very helpful, welcoming, and patient (willing to explain information). Having only 2 people working in there at once is ridiculous though (Jeremy was by himself for 15 minutes ?).”
“Its mailing service, of course your going to get the worst people. Ive seen these guys probably over 8 times within 2 months. Guys are always nice, answer my small questions and get what I need picked up or shipped out.”

“I was sending a birthday present to my cousin in New York and it got delivered to the wrong town. Someone actually signed for it. I called my cousin and she said they didn't get it. So I didn't do much about it. I just went down to the store and told them. And in a couple of days it came back to me! It was over 1,000 miles away! So I was very pleased with the fact that it came back to me. So I resent it out and she got it. Thank you for returning it to me. May God bless you ? ❤️ ✨️ and keep you safe!”

“Trust me, I understand the negative reviews - we've had our issues, too. However, for this particular mail issue of trying to find a missing document that we mailed in January, Angie H was incredibly helpful & patient. Though we couldn't locate our missing mail, Angie took the time to answer my questions and provided useful information. She informed our mail carrier of our issue and offered to call me back if it turns up. I hope Taylors Post Office brings on more kind people like Angie.”
