The staff is efficient, patient, and helpful, whether I’m shipping a package, mailing certified documents, or just asking a random question about postage options.
They move the line quickly but never make you feel rushed. It’s clean, organized, and well run.
Grateful to have such a dependable and friendly post office right here in Tryon. Keep up the great work!”

“Folks at the front counter have always been great, but I maneuvered through parade traffic to get there before they close on a Saturday morning….
And when did they decide to close a half hour earlier? 9-11AM? Really?”
“I was sending a birthday present to my cousin in New York and it got delivered to the wrong town. Someone actually signed for it. I called my cousin and she said they didn't get it. So I didn't do much about it. I just went down to the store and told them. And in a couple of days it came back to me! It was over 1,000 miles away! So I was very pleased with the fact that it came back to me. So I resent it out and she got it. Thank you for returning it to me. May God bless you ? ❤️ ✨️ and keep you safe!”

However, for this particular mail issue of trying to find a missing document that we mailed in January, Angie H was incredibly helpful & patient. Though we couldn't locate our missing mail, Angie took the time to answer my questions and provided useful information. She informed our mail carrier of our issue and offered to call me back if it turns up. I hope Taylors Post Office brings on more kind people like Angie.”
