“@Cynthia Olson, Guessing your pre-paid label was from a Landrum address, which is why they referred you to the Landrum post office? Landrum is in South Carolina vs. Tryon being in North Carolina. It's not the distance it's the state ? BTW, this happened to me, too. Ebay defaulted to my previous address in a different state. All I had to do was pay the difference in postage. Happily paid, no snark included!”

“I have been to this Post Office location multiple times and always had a great experience! Even with the holidays rush and business the staff were friendly professional and helpful!I guess maybe in busy time have someone assisting customers at the kiosk. Most people don’t know how to use it or even that you have it available.After hours you can drop off pre-labeled packages into a special secured box which is located inside the building.”
