We know we needed plywood and needed it cut. The store was very busy and we were about to walk out but then a guy named Randell asked if we needed help or anything cut and we went with it. “We came to this store on back to back days and both times we had to wander the store for several minutes to find someone to help us, which was unfortunate. However, on both days, Quentin came to our aid and was very knowledgeable in the pieces of plexiglass I needed and was very patient on all the questions I asked. When we returned the next day with the correct measurements, he was happy to cut the plexiglass for us and confirmed multiple times the dimensions we needed, which I appreciated. Quentin provided great customer service and turned our experience into what would have been disappointing into something I was very happy with. Attached is a photo of the project I was working on and am very excited to use that plexiglass as the finishing protective touch.”
