“We were headed home to Michigan when my new Grand Highlander picked up a 2" screw in the right rear. I called for road service but they wanted to transport me to the dealership and and wait there to have it be repaired.They would have changed tires for me but driving eight hundred miles on a doughnut spare is not a good plan.We found Baker's on a google search. I called they said they could take care of our car. I gave them my location, they gave me directions (1/2 a mile down the road in the direction we were going).They were ready when I got there. They jacked up the car, removed the screw and plugged the tire, they didn't need to remove the tire.I was back on the road north 20 minutes after I hung up the phone for less than 20 bucks.This was Super Outstanding Service!Best breakdown I ever had.”
