“I have always loved shopping at Ace Hardware, but my experience at the TR store made me love it even more! I needed a bolt, and one of the sales associates took the time to help me find the size I needed. He didn't just tell me where to find them in the store. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I was in and out in no time. Excellent customer service! Nothing against the bigger home improvement chains, but you just don't get that kind of customer service at those stores anymore.”

“I looked all over for a#4 philips bit harbor freight had one in a set but it shattered soon. Tool shed had a Lisle bit that is working still got a Norton cutoff wheel too. These good tools will save a lot of trips to replace cheap tools”

“When you're looking for building supplies or something that isn't as typical at Lowe's or Home Depot don't forget Pittman's ..they have lots of interesting items and the prices are very competitive, if not better in many cases. We were finishing a remodel in a building for my wife's massage therapy office and we were going with a rustic look and they had these beautiful knotty pine custom doors in stock and the price was great! We also bought LVP flooring at a great price and it was a good quality for sure.”

It was very hot outside, yet Tiffany was all smiles. She asked if I needed anything else from her store, and reminded me , Home Depot was there for future rentals and any house holds need. I loved the personal , professional, and friendly service I received.”

Over this past weekend, I was helped out by four extremely empathetic employees at the Woodruff Rd Home Depot and I want them to be recognized for their sincere efforts.
On Monday morning 7/22/24, Keke at the Service Desk was extremely instrumental in assisting me with my solving my unorthodox situation and the MOD that morning, didn't fuss at me and knew exactly how to resolve the problem.
I also would like to recognize Davi (Sunday 7/21/24) in the Rental Department (trailer rental) was more than empathic and understanding with my rental and I can't thank him enough for taking a genuine interest in helping me and for his kind words after I brought the trailer back. Then right before the store closed one very helpful young lady at the Service Desk on (Sunday 7/21/24), was also extremely helpful and caring when it came to the circumstances of my situation.
These four employees showed what it means to work as a team to resolve even the most trivial issues a customer may encounter. Kudos to all of them.
Home Depot (the Orange Store) will always, has always and will continue to be my goto, Home Improvement store for any and all future projects. Thank you all so very much.”

“They had a managers special on meat birds. They also have a really great variety of dog food for dogs with food allergies. I visited 2 different locations on this day and, I would say the same about both, except for the meat birds! Great experience!!”
“Very impressed. Many options for lighting, kitchens baths etc. Helpful staff, and access to designers who can help you navigate your very complex and expensive project. We compared prices and Ferguson was very reasonable. Going back next week to get help with my confusing upgrades.”

“I just went by to purchase a capicator for my unit and the front desk asked me who I worked for and if I had a license.......thanks for nothing ...the other guy let me know that I needed to know the voltage and that it could burn up if I didn't get the right size. Thanks to this guy for the info but I'll never go there again......"New HVAC student"If a business or an eletrical license is required you guys should have a sign that clearly state that. Some how I don't think those are required to purchase products from this or any other parts store. By the way I purchased 4 capacitors from another parts store without any problems.......8/28/2020 update....i just had a great experience there today so I'd like to retract my previous review...Thanks guys”
“The person running the front office is always good. The facility is always clean. The storage areas are nice and clean. It’s a locked facility with 24 hour access and has electricity in the storage areas which is exceptional because you don’t find money places with electricity in the building”

“Fantastic customer service, I always go hear first before I go to a Home Depot or even Lowe’s…. You may pay more for some stuff but everything else seemed to be priced to compete! The customer service here is top notch, they know where everything is and go to great lengths to help you, which is why I will continue to shop here. The owner is very knowledgeable and always willing to help, will order what you need if he doesn’t have it. 5 stars for the locally owned business!”
