It was a pleasant experience from the initial call. I appreciated the enthusiastic greeting and the proficiency from Lisa and the quick service appointment. When Matthew McCall came to service the garage door, he was early and answered all of my questions. His work was efficient and well-done. This is a great company to service garages, especially because of the people.”

“If there was a way to do an even higher rating I would! I had to get a truck rental today and the guy who helped me, Nate was amazing. Very professional, helpful and all around just gave me a great experience. There was an issue with the rental contract and he handled it swiftly and made sure I knew what was going on due to the wait for the actual Penske rep on the phone. When I also asked how to set the trailer up onto the truck, he took me out there, have very clear verbal instructions to help guide me in the correct way and even gave me some tips! First time experience with all of this so it was extremely helpful and soothed my nerves about driving with a trailer. Nate truly is great and I wish I could find my receipt to do the survey as well. 10/10!”
