“Staff is extremely helpful and courteous, the manager especially. Female manager didn't get her name but I've had a couple issues with product that I was purchasing and the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. It's kind of rare with the big box stores to get any kind of personal service so it's a breath of fresh air.”

“Staff is generally friendly enough, and there are definitely a few guys in there who really know their stuff when you need help. Not everyone is super knowledgeable, but I won’t knock them for it—overall the service gets the job done.
At the end of the day, it’s Home Depot. They’ve always got what you need for projects, repairs, and everything in between, and that’s what matters most.
It’s reliable, convenient, and honestly hard to imagine not having around.

“They just acquired this from the previous owners, Neville Hardware, and they are adding more inventory. They have everything you would need for hardware or plumbing. All kind’s of pipes and fittings from brass, steel, and even copper and stainless… Things you can’t find elsewhere. Ace hardware in West Union is the only other place I have found locally that keeps pipe fittings in stock, but still Head-lee has more variety and large sizes. They are still stocking new items but they have so much already. Definitely a contractor’s safe place for hardware!”
