Ken's Thriftee Pharmacy is a friendly and helpful place that provides excellent service to its customers. The staff is kind, always eager to help, and familiar with regular customers, often knowing their names without asking. They keep prescriptions and OTC needs in stock and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The pharmacy offers delivery services, with delivery drivers who are friendly and helpful. Customers appreciate their quick response to mistakes, correcting them immediately with a positive attitude. The staff is consistent over the years, creating a welcoming community atmosphere. If they don't have a specific item, they will order it, suggest alternatives, or tell where to find it. While most experiences are very positive, some customers have noted occasional cold shoulders from a staff member, but overall, Ken's Thriftee Pharmacy is highly recommended for its friendly service, helpful staff, and community feel.

The staff is extremely friendly, there's never a wait time when picking up medications, and if I call over the phone with a question, staff answers promptly and are always helpful and kind. I've never had any issues filling my laundry list of medications. Great pharmacy!
