I found the Walhalla Shoe Shop about 30 minutes away and took a pair of Red Wings in for the annual resole and was pleasantly surprised that they were done when he said they would be and the job was clearly done with care and expertise. If I'm living within driving distance, I'll be bringing my future business here.”
“This is a small convenience store in the middle of town with gas pumps out front. It carries most of the convenience items you would find in any other store of it's kind. It's mostly visited by locals. They carry beer, soda, coffee, chips and basics. The remarkable memory of stopping in here was the kind, courteous, and friendly nature the employee treated us. I will be back again.”

“This is another great Marathon gas station in our local area. They have very competitive gasoline and diesel fuel prices. They also carry cold can and drinks beer snacks and some hot foods for a quick lunch. They have easy access to the fuel pumps and plenty of parking including handicap parking and access. Great store with a great location.”

Never really thought I’d be the type to review a grocery store, but honestly this place deserves some love.
People are always pretty nice in there—mostly younger high school kids working, but good for them for getting out there and working. Service has always been solid in my experience.
One thing I really like is how easy it is to grab little things like Valentine’s Day gifts or flowers. I’m not always great at planning that stuff, so it actually helps a lot.
The deli counter is a standout for me—especially the Cajun turkey. Get it sliced thin and it makes an absolutely unreal sandwich. Also love their sliced pickles, simple but perfect.
They’ve got a Starbucks inside too, which is convenient even though I’m not a big coffee drinker myself.
Store is always clean, bathrooms included, and it’s well lit with a huge parking lot that makes it easy to get in and out. Prices are fair and it’s close to home, which is a big plus.
Overall, just a solid, dependable grocery store experience. Easy 10 out of 10.”

“I love this store! It has become a daily shopping visit due to the close proximity to my place of work. They have great food clean bathrooms and employees that make you feel seen when you come in the store. Not a whole lot of places I can go that I get called by name, and the employees know my needs before I say them. Will continue coming back! And try the sausage egg and cheese waffle sandwich. You will thank me! Also you can call to order food fresh.. we get pizza all the time and they DELICIOUS”
