“Customer service was great, but the room left much to be desired. Not only was it very dated and had shoddy repairs, but it was also dirty. There was a pile of swept up dirt left behind the bathroom door and the exposed pipes under the sink were covered in grime and dust. Every single piece of linen was stained- sheets and pillow cases had black spots (possibly makeup) and hair woven through them, and all the white towels and rags were discolored with yellow/tan marks. I was very mislead by all the great reviews. It was honestly one of the worst places I've ever stayed”
