“Had a machine take my money a couple days after hurricane Helene. trying to get loads and loads of Landry caught up due to no power for days on end. I filled out a ticket and placed it under the door as stated to do. I was credited my money ($3.25 PLUS and additional tip to total $5) with in a few days by cash in my mailbox. I never spoke to anyone in person. It just flawlessly happened. Phenomenal! Thank you!!”

“They are very professional. The first choice being out here and my only choice. Thank quality vip cleaning & laundry for understanding that we are going through inflation and keeping your prices reasonable. Great place great job for your clothing needs. ?????”

“My stepson used this place for his ROTC uniform cleaning. I wish he would have stayed in school instead of dropping out at 17. He believed life would be easier being an "adult". LOL.”

“As far as laundromats are concerned, this one could use some general housekeeping from the aspect of sweeping floors and a general cleanup. But, as far as customer service is concerned, I will say we are highly impressed! One of the machines was not working properly and we left a note with our contact information. Not only did they mail us a refund for the money we lost, but they doubled that refund. We have never had this happen as we travel across the country volunteering and using laundromats in many cities. This was truly excellent customer service and we will be back on our next visit to Seneca.”

“Everything was going well! But they put the dryers at $0.50 for 6 minutes, and then they don't even dry. I don't recommend it. The place is clean but the machines fail a lot!”
