Machines smelled of body odor and detergent reciprocals had black mold. Went to Super Clean laundry 2 blocks down cheaper, A/C, free WiFi, and super clean.

There was a washer malfunction and I was lucky there were 2 complaint forms left and I described the problem and about a week later I received my refund and then some, for my inconvenience.
