“My family and I were broke down in SC here and went on a hunt for a serpentine belt so I called this location. Donny answered the phone and found the part almost before I could even finish telling him, then had it laid out on the counter before I made it to the store(coming in hot 5 mins away).His professionalism and in -depth knowledge about anything I threw at him, set him above most of the personnel I've dealt with. Then to boot, Donny even called me up to verify that the part was correct for the vehicle I was uncertain about, because they would have been closing soon. “Best Hardware Store in Walterboro hands down.I accidentally left my wallet at home this morning and forgot my tape measure. I also just switched work trucks so I forgot to grab my wallet. I was able to scrounge up $16 cash in my truck. I needed $23 for a new tape measure. The owner (i think) gave me a discount after I explained what happened. Then i was still $2.70 short. Her and another lady that works here through in the $2.70 out thier on pocket. She said she knew what its like and had been there. Thank you so much. And it's great to know there are still good people in the world. Thank you, thank you, thank you”
