“I’ve lived here for several years (townhouse) and I can truly say we’ve been very happy here. It’s a safe environment and one where you can feel good about coming home to. We’ve said so many times how it’s great to live peacefully and without worry. We were impressed with how well built the TH’s were as we barely hear our neighbors, which is something you always fear when sharing walls. It’s super convenient to everything on either side of the water (Augusta, NA and Aiken). The property manager Brittany and her entire staff are incredibly helpful, communicative and very nice to engage with. Our area went through Hurricane Helene and for everyone, it was one of the most frightening things to endure. But before, during and after the storm, Brittany kept everyone informed constantly on what was transpiring (power updates, reminders about safety and what to do if you suffered any damage to your unit). A lot was completely out of her control but she still took the time to try to calm the fears of her residents while also trying to navigate all of this herself. Her compassion, willingness to listen to fears, and answer what she could along with constant updates was so appreciated during a scary and unprecedented time. I truly thank her for all she did! So, come take a look. It’s a great place to live (short or long term)!”
