“This was the first time I have brought my Toyota to Lakeview for repairs and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service that was received. To say it was a wonderful experience, was an understatement. Mostly impressed by the the thorough communication from Butch in the front, they even sent quotes to my phone after my vehicle was checked out! I’ve never had that kind of service before. Also I noticed Phill was doing an excellent job explaining to customers what work needed to be done and most importantly “why it needed done”. Mathew & Ethan did my tire rotation and the computer showed that I needed a belt and tensioner and James took care of that. They were all very efficient and friendly. You could tell they really enjoy their job, I have found a new “go-to place to take my vehicle for repairs in the future. I would highly recommend Lakeview Automotive.”

“I Love Midway Auto in Greer,SC. They have everything auto body/mechanic a person could need. Ive experienced first hand that the products they sell are higher quality than i can get elsewhere without industrial accounts, etc. Metal cutoff and grinding wheels outlast every other brand I've used by 10 fold. Fuel hoses stay payable longer. Bolt selection is premium. Staff is GREAT! Never disappointed shopping there.”

The windshield finally got replaced after 2 weeks, since Caliber had to work with a Honda dealer for an OEM part, after the other brand trim wasn't playing well. Very friendly and polite people to work with.
In my experience, the Caliber company, overall, seems to be terrible about saying they will get back to customers in a time frame they give, and then not. Also cancelling appointments without notifying me. (That's kind of important to tell the client.) I was repeatedly told that they would call me back with updates on my windshield replacement in a specific time frame,and they rarely did. I was the one calling to get updates.”

His communication and customer service made what could have been a stressful experience much easier.

“I have been dealing with George and Kathy for about 5 years and have spent a lot of money with them. They are very honest and are the nicest people I've ever dealt with in this type business. They are so awesome at what they do, they have service my 2004 chevy Silverado, my monte carlo ss and my 04, 09, (they put a motor in that George had rebuilt for a different project) and my 2013 suburban. My wife went to Georgia for her job temporarily and if the vehicle needed service or fixing I would go get it and bring it 4hrs back here so that they were the only ones to work on it. I trust no one else to work on our vehicles.”

My wife abd I were on RT 85 heading towards Raleigh NC for the weekend. a warning light came on so we headed to the closest VW dealership and the treatment we recived was outstanding.
