The boxes can’t be opened, but it’s very easy to check what’s inside: just use the Amazon app’s camera (Amazon Lens), scan the barcode or the name on the box, and you’ll see exactly what the item is and its original price. Very convenient and transparent. The staff are polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Definitely worth visiting if you enjoy good bargains. To get best choice come half an hour before opening, at 9-30.”

“I’ve been to this new store location a few times since they opened and it’s always a pleasure. They are stocked very well but I must advise people not to buy their refrigerated chicken breast. I think it’s old when they stock it. I purchased it twice and it spoiled both times before ever got the chance to use it. Other than that everything else is great about the store. I love their seasonal items. Right now they have tons of Christmas decorations a few Fall items but they are almost out of Halloween ? goods.
I live about 5 to 10 minutes away so it’s super convenient for me to pop in when I get off work instead of driving further to a grocery store. Who ever chose this location is a genius ??”

“Being a senior, I like to go to Ross on Tuesdays because they offer a 10% discounts of seniors on that day. I usually will buy clothing for my 4-year-old granddaughter. They have very nice outfits that are only slightly above the price of thrift store clothing.”

No stock items all over the store that needed to be put up unlike another Dollar General in Inman on Highway 176 near Village Greens Country Club where you can't get down the aisles because of stock in the way. Good customer service, clean and organized..”

“There's a DG within 5 miles, any direction, of my home. The closest grocery store is 10 miles away. Needless to say, we shop here a lot. They have almost anything you would need, besides fresh food. Sometimes the stores are a little hard to maneuver because of merchandise in huge rolling shelves in the middle of the isle awaiting putting on shelves. There's one particular DG I will no longer patronize because it was so hard to get through and seemingly disorganized. But, overall, the ones close to my home are better at keeping the aisles clear.”
“The people here good. They work hard and always very short staffed. The company doesn't pay the employees enough for their living expenses. The cashiers has to stock products and run the register.”
“I find out local Dollar General a great place for last minute pantry pick ups or household items. My only suggestion is check out the store's app for inventory. There are often random empty unstocked sections.”

This store is located on the corner of Gap Creek Rd. and Wade Hampton Blvd. I see people cutting through the parking lot to avoid the traffic light. This is dangerous and deadly. Dollar General needs to install a raised median across the middle of the parking lot to prevent people from avoiding the traffic control device.”
“I usually to drive out the way to go to Dollar General on John B White because this particular Family Dollar WAS Poorly managed and lacked organization with boxes in the way each aisle. HOWEVER I decided to go to this Family Dollar yesterday and would like to say that the two women working there were super friendly and I complimented them on how great the store looked. I believe that it was Donna and the other lady wore glasses. All products on every shelf were neatly arranged. Not one aisle had boxes that I had to maneuver through. The store is looking like what it was when it opened super satisfied!”

Benefit of the remodel is a lot was restocked after constantly not having it... Very well upkeep in the store. Most of the employees over the years have been amazing and super friendly. The new manager is cool. Still overall a great store.”

“Big Shout Out to Frankie a store employee at Dollar General. Our area was hit by Hurricane Helene this past Thursday into Friday. My husband and I been out looking for gas ⛽️ and a few food items. Near by store was very overwhelming so we left. As we pulled out of the parking space we saw a Dollar General in the same plaza so we gave it a try. We walked in the line was to the back of the store yet way better than the other store. We grabbed our items got in line and just talked to other customers in line about their situations that they are dealing with due to the storm. We got to the check out counter with only 1 line open was smiling Frankie, the only employee at a register. I thanked him for coming into work because he could have easily stayed home ? with his family to deal with issues they may have had BUT he came in to serve customers in need of the items in the store. Thanks Frankie you did it with a smile and didn't complain.”
