“We recently moved from Florida into a new (older) home close to Columbus, NC. The gas log in the living room fireplace was not working when we moved in and I arranged to have a service call done by Carolina Hearth and Patio. Jason arrived this morning within the promised time frame. Although they service the make of the gas log we have, he was not familiar with our model and went way beyond my expectations trying to figure out why the system was not working. A 30-minute service call turned into a two visit! I cannot recommend them high enough and Jason in particular. 5+ out of 5 stars.”

“It may not look like much from the outside (to the point we didn’t even trust that it was open and still in business) BUT we were pleasantly surprised to find a knowledgeable and experienced gentleman who was thorough and patiently guided us to test numerous mattresses until we found a favorites. He wasn’t pushy and even encouraged us to wait and test our top three again tomorrow to see if we stood by our choice! He coordinated same day delivery and made this potentially stressful process smooth. Will definitely return for future mattress needs.”
