After my movers had to cancel due to the Asheville devastation, the Spartanburg team stepped in and drove up to NC to get my things. We had no idea what to expect. There were downed power lines, no electricity, no internet, no cell, no water, no sewer, no gas, trees everywhere. They made it there safely, helped to pack up my items that had to be left when we had to evacuate our home, got it all packed up and delivered to Charleston, SC, all in one day. I can't thank everyone enough for how amazing they were under difficult situations.”

“Overall a good experience. Virtual walk through went well. Received an itemized list of items and costs associated with each item. We worked to sell many of the items that were higher priced to move, and we were surprised that the actual moving expense was virtually the same as the “highest price”estimate. Had we known this we would not have sold those items. Unfortunately, we never received a final bill so we could compare the two. The best part of the move was the movers. The Henderson family ( Alan, Toni, Marcus, and Keith) were amazing to work with from packing up our belongings to unloading them 750 miles away. We had not one broken, or missing item. They show up, they go to work, and they don’t quit until they’re finished. Truly great people to work with. They were timely and professional in every aspect of the move.”

“We just moved into a new house and Lytle was hired by the previous owners to move their things. During the move, one of their drivers accidentally ran over the mailbox and destroyed it. We closed on the house and discovered what had happened. Our real estate agent reached out to them and explained the situation. We didn't think there was a chance that we were going to get this fixed because we weren't a client of Lytle's and we had no recourse whatsoever if they chose to ignore us. Instead, William Brantner from Lytle immediately paid a mailbox company to completely fix/weld/paint the mailbox and within 3 days it was reinstalled and better than new. I saw the invoice and it wasn't a cheap fix either. Moving companies are notoriously shady but based on my experience with the guys at Lytle I would be glad to give them my business if we ever move again. Many thanks for handling this for us!”
