We recently needed to get a larger storage unit for some additional household items we needed to store. Randy had one available close to our old unit. He was able to accomplish the transfer in the system over the phone rather quickly. He also assisted us with gaining access when we arrived and were having difficulty initially with our phone application and the new unit. Great service.”

“I’ve rented from here twice. The first time was excellent.
The second time, recently, had some minor issues. I specifically wanted conditioned storage. The initial unit I was assigned to was in a part of the building that had a broken HVAC unit. I had to call several people to finally get transferred to a conditioned unit, and I had to pay extra.
I then needed to get a second unit to temporarily store things for a month. At first, it was fine. When I went back two weeks later, the whole wing of the second unit had a very powerful cigarette smoke odor. I went back three days later and the odor was still there.
Bottom line, check the units before you commit to one.”
